Nick is known for big ideas and bold execution, having produced and directed ambitious adventure shows in the most remote corners of the world. He is behind major formats for UK and global broadcasters such as Escape (Ch4), Trailblazers (Discovery) and Into the Wild, as well as Ranveer Vs Wild, Netflix India’s first interactive adventure show starring Ranveer Singh. He directed Bear Grylls on Amazon’s blockbuster series The World’s Toughest Race, while overseeing the launch of his YouTube channel. More recently, Nick took India’s Ultimate Warrior from idea to award-winning format for Discovery. He steers creative efforts across both global TV productions and BASE’s digital content studio.

Danny is a battle-tested adventure DOP with two decades of shooting, directing, and producing high-stakes reality in some of the planet’s harshest conditions. He’s taken cameras across every terrain on Earth including nine series with Bear Grylls, from jungle treks to Bear’s first-ever Everest shoot. He earned major credits on Channel 4’s The Plane Crash, Mutiny, and groundbreaking format HUNTED and recently walked hundreds of miles backward filming Arctic Adventure for Channel 4. As a BASE co-founder, he has helped shape a number of award-winning formats, including India’s Ultimate Warrior for Discovery.

Tom is one of the most globally respected risk and remote access specialists for TV and film, trusted on some of the biggest adventure productions in the world. His credits include Limitless with Chris Hemsworth, Welcome to Earth and Pole to Pole with Will Smith, Arctic Ascent and Devil’s Climb with Alex Honnold, and the latest season of The Grand Tour. He’s also no stranger to high-profile reality, from SAS: Who Dares Wins to Tempting Fortune. With Tom on board, we can push further, go bigger, and do it all safely.

Luke is a Commercial and documentary director with a decade of experience telling extraordinary stories for market leading brands such as Rolls-Royce, Bentley, McLaren, Ferrari, Land Rover and Manchester United. He translates brand messaging and ethos into compelling, human narratives that engage audiences, with over 100 millions views across his work and several ad awards collected along the way too.

Inspired by the original Camel Trophy, Jaguar Land Rover wanted to capture the spirit of modern adventure, driven by purpose. We shaped an overland adventure race across southern Africa into a global TV and YouTube format.

The first truly AI-driven adventure format, using advanced virtual production, Inside Adventure brings past expeditions vividly back to life. From concept to final delivery, BASE developed the ideas and produced the final format for Red Bull TV which saw Red Bull athletes step into our custom-built studio, surrounded by expansive VR environments to recreate their original journey — allowing them (and viewers) to relive every moment in real time.

Discovery Asia commissioned BASE to develop and produce a bold new reality competition format, bringing together sixteen fighters to battle for the title of India’s Ultimate Warrior. Hosted by Bollywood action icons Vidyut Jamwal and Akshay Kumar, the series blended cinematic storytelling with authentic combat to create one of Discovery Asia’s most ambitious productions to date, awarded Best Original Game Show at the Content Asia Awards 2022.

Commissioned by what3words, BASE Studios created a cinematic campaign to demonstrate the pinpoint power and precision of their location technology for Land Rover Defender owners and enthusiasts. The result was a video-led, multi-channel package featuring a hero film, cover story in BASE magazine accompanied by an extended digital article, and social video content distributed across both Jaguar Land Rover and what3words platforms.
